Ninsun Biotech offers an innovative platform based on the identification of specific glycan patterns, which are molecular signatures of CSCs. This approach enables direct detection with increased specificity and sensitivity, clinically validated in bronchopulmonary and colorectal cancer cohorts.

Optimization of therapeutic monitoring and patient stratification

Ninsun’s technology identifies patients likely to respond to CSC-targeted therapies and enables real-time monitoring of therapeutic efficacy. This ability to dynamically quantify the CSC population is a major asset for personalized medicine and the development of robust biomarkers, facilitating clinical decision-making.

Accelerating the development of new molecules and strategic partnerships

By providing accurate metrics on the efficacy of anti-CSC treatments, the Ninsun platform accelerates the selection of therapeutic candidates and promotes collaborations with the pharmaceutical industry. The company is also developing a Lectin Drug Conjugate Candidate targeting CSCs in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), paving the way for a new generation of precision therapies.
