The Swiss L’Oréal–UNESCO For Women in Science Programme returns in 2026, following a successful first edition in Switzerland. Implemented in partnership with L’Oréal, the Commission suisse pour l’UNESCO and SATW, the programme supports outstanding early-career women scientists working in Switzerland.
What the programme offers
- 4 grants of CHF 25,000
- Support for excellent postdoctoral research in STEM
- Visibility at national and international level
Who can apply?
- Postdoctoral researchers identifying as female, conducting research in life and environmental sciences, physical sciences, mathematics and computing, engineering, architecture or medicine at a Swiss university or research institute.
- Researchers returning after a career break are very welcome to apply.
